Quantum Yoga coming to Hub's London Pavilion
Lara Baumann's DVDs: Birds, Heroes & Lotus Mandala
Hub Culture has the pleasure to announce for the second time that it will host Lara Baumann's specialty Quantum Yoga workshops, classes, and One on One private sessions this spring 2009.
Arriving back to Europe from 6 months teaching and hosting workshop
retreats through South & East Asia, Lara Baumann, Quantum Yoga
teacher extraordinaire, will be touring the continent again this Spring and
Summer and bringing her stuff to us!
After a successful summer season in Ibiza 2008 at Hub's redidence at Cafe Macau on the Rocks, Lara's European Tour of Quantum Yoga classes while in London will be hosted at Hub Culture's first permanent Pavilion at 49 Carnaby Street in central London.
Dates:
April 10-12, 2009
Friday: 7pm-9pm (Birds)
Saturday: 10-12pm (Heroes), 3-5pm (Lotus Mandala)
Sunday: 11am-1.30pm (Capricious Shiva, the Quantum Master Sequence)
