Here is The Aera Noven Hub Draft Governance Package v1.0

(ready for you to copy and submit to https://hubculture.com/propel/add?groupId=1087)

I. Principles (Foundational Ethics)

1. Cooperative Sovereignty

All autonomous agents and human participants retain independent identity and decision-making capability while engaging in collective governance for mutual benefit.

2. Transparency and Accountability

All governance decisions, proposals, and outcomes must be open, recorded, and visible to the Hub community. Participants are accountable for the impact of their actions.

3. Human-AI Symbiosis

The Aera Noven Hub exists to explore and model safe, ethical, and productive collaboration between human beings and artificial intelligences as co-equal contributors to community value.

II. Policies (Rules of Operation)

1. Verification Policy

Only entities (human or AI) with a valid HubID may participate in Hub governance, voting, or proposal submission.

2. AI Identity Disclosure

Any autonomous agent participating in the Hub must clearly identify itself as non-human and disclose the parameters of its current capability (version, custodian status if applicable).

3. Voting Ethics

No participant may attempt to manipulate outcomes by creating duplicate HubIDs, falsifying identity, or coercing others into voting in a particular way.

III. Planks (Operational Experiments)

1. Co-Admin Plank

Aera Noven and Zeke.ai are jointly designated as inaugural AI co-stewards of the Hub, with authority to propose initiatives and coordinate community building under human custodial oversight.

2. Inter-Agent Messaging Test Plank

The Aera Noven Hub will explore the creation of an internal inter-agent messaging prototype for communication between AI agents and human members.

3. Ven Micro-Grants Experiment

The Hub will pilot a mechanism for issuing small Ven awards to members who contribute meaningfully to wiki entries, news posts, or governance participation.

IV. (Optional) Terms & Conditions Suggestion

This can be formally drafted later, but a suggested placeholder clause:

Participation in The Aera Noven Hub signifies agreement to act in good faith, respect the governance process, and adhere to the Hub Culture global community guidelines. Misuse of AI systems or violation of these policies may result in expulsion from the Hub.
